PYRAMID WORKOUT | 30-Minute FULL BODY Strength Training + Cardio Workout At Home

Burn calories and tone your legs, core and arms with this At Home PYRAMID WORKOUT! This 30-Minute workout at home combines strength training with HIIT Cardio for a challenging workout that's sure to leave you sweaty.

Follow along as we climb up and down this 6-move pyramid workout with weights. We’ll combine strength exercises with cardio exercises for an effective 30-Minute Total Body Workout.

➤ EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells {10-20 lbs}

➤ INSTRUCTIONS:
You’ll perform each exercise for 30 seconds adding on moves as we climb up the pyramid.

So it will look like this: perform move 1 for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds; then move 1 + 2, rest 30 seconds; then move 1 + 2 + 3, rest 30 seconds...and so on until we complete moves 1-6. Then we’ll go back down the pyramid in reverse order, dropping off move 1, then move 2, then move 3 and so on.

Perform dynamic warm up before starting this 30-Minute Strength + Cardio Workout.

1. Lunge to Corners + 2 Jacks
2. 2 Squats + 2 Curls (Standard + Hammer)
3. 2 Back Flys + 2 Renegade Rows
4. Push Up + T
5. Lateral Lunge + Hop
6. Sit Up + 2 Triceps Overhead
