Analysing your competitors is not for competing with them, because I don't believe anything positive comes out of competing with others, but researching and analysing competitors is important for us to understand where do we start our business and how we should operate our business. Of course when it comes to analysing our competitors, we don't pick failed businesses, but rather, we pick thriving businesses and watch them closely, as we want the same and perhaps even more success for our own fashion business or fashion brand.
