How I learned the Dynamic Muscle Up in 3 Days! (TRY IT!)

The dynamic muscle up (also called the gymnast muscle up, freestyle muscle up, glide kip) is a skill that looks similar to the regular muscle up, however, instead of strength, it utilizes 100% momentum to get over the bar. Because of that, it's all about the technique and it can be a bit tricky to figure out.

In this video I challenge myself to learn it as fast as possible and show the whole process of how I learned this skill.
