HI FRIENDS! Today I'm taking you through a very typical day in my life-- work, working out, and other healthy habits I like to implement on the daily. Hope you enjoy the vlog :)
FULL BODY EMOM (no equipment needed)
*EMOM = every minute on the minute*
complete each exercise for 40 seconds and rest for the remaining 20 seconds. 4 ROUNDS TOTAL!
MIN 1️⃣ alternating arm incline pushups
MIN 2️⃣ bench jump to plank in/outs
MIN 3️⃣ spiderman oblique crunch to pike up
MIN 4️⃣ alternating bench jump lunges
MIN 5️⃣ eccentric push-up to superman
MIN 6️⃣ squat + pulses
MIN 7️⃣ knee to chest leg raises
MIN 8️⃣ hip dips to plank ups
MIN 9️⃣ rest
