Whether pulling or pushing the large wheels easily coped with concrete, tile, carpet, old and wonky patio paving and the raised transition trim pieces between flooring types and the threshold. The sturdy metal base provides a generous, stable platform and it is slim enough to slide under many items to assist leverage and pickup.

Moving a bulky six foot high storage cabinet was not a problem. The (nearly empty) cab' probably weighed about 80 pounds and it rolled easily without causing any stress to the hand truck or the cabinet.

I moved about 100lbs of weight in one box of books, one 50lb dumbbell and a couple of boxed light panels. That worked okay and still cleared minor floor obstacles but the handles were flexing a bit. 150lbs will be doable as long as it it distributed evenly over all the useable area of the truck and operator.
