GIANT FILIPINO SEAFOOD FEAST - Floating Village in Mindanao (Foreigner Cooking in the Philippines)

LOKON. It's a giant prawn, reaching sizes of 100-200 grams. And when I travelled to Lingig, they were a delicious, very welcome surprise! We cooked up a giant feast of seafood in that small Philippines coastal town.

I went to a Floating Village (well, a village on stilts) in Sabang, Lingig - a beautiful part of the Pacific Ocean on Mindanao. There I tried Lambay (ocean crabs), Lokon, and Sea Urchin.

Afterwards I went to a nearby island before going back to Cateel to collect my tagad. Then I cooked for the guys!
