DAVAO has the SPICIEST BURGER IN THE WORLD? Carolina Reaper Farm To Table (Mindanao, Philippines)

The Carolina Reaper is the hottest chili in the world, measuring in at up to 2 MILLION on the Scoville scale. As a comparison, the common Sili Labuyo is only 5 THOUSAND.

So throwing three of them on to a burger was obviously the smartest idea. Yes, I did.

This is a farm to table mission. We visit Nesta's partner farms in Marilog District in the uplands of Davao City, then seeing his humble processing area and nursery, before going on to BRGR Alley in Loyola St, Obrero, Davao City, for the Whistle Burger Challenge (with a twist!)

Note: there was some discomfort for about 30 minutes, but there are no long lasting effects. But please train before doing stupid things like this!
