LEARNING THE LANGUAGE IS VITAL - and it makes people happy when you use it as a foreigner, even with a terrible accent!

I started learning Bisaya back in 2016 when I first arrived here - at first just to try to get the jeepney to stop where I wanted it, and later in my various business ventures. A lot of these experiences today were experiences I had previously, without a camera!

I also visit some food entrepreneurs who I've featured in the past, to catch up! But I can't speak Bisaya to them, because they aren't Bisaya!
