Reptile Stopper Granular Repellent is an effective, long-lasting, and rain-resistant snake and reptile repellent. This product discourages snakes and other reptiles from entering or nesting in your home or garden. Made with natural oils, this granular repellent agitates the taste, smell, and touch of reptiles when they come in contact with the product, providing harmless and humane animal control. Reptile Stopper Granular Repellent is biodegradable and will gradually dissipate over 30 days from the time it was applied, leaving no trace of damage to foliage or unpleasant odors.
Reptile Stopper Granular Repellent can be applied directly from its container. If you get this product in its larger available quantities, like the 25 or 40-pound containers, you may need to apply using a push spreader or a handheld spreader.
Before you apply Reptile Stopper, identify areas on your property where snakes, lizards, or other reptiles are likely to invade or infest. Look for openings in fences, animal burrows or tunnels, and areas shaded by ornamental plants. If you’re concerned about snakes in particular, you may find shed skins or slither tracks where snakes have been.
To minimize direct contact with the product, put on your personal protective equipment or PPE. We recommend you wear gloves, a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and closed-toe shoes.
With the 2.5-pound container of Reptile Stopper, just flip the tab open and shake the product over areas you wish to treat. With larger containers where you can’t just shake the product out, use a spreader to evenly distribute the granules.
Apply Reptile Stopper Granular Repellent liberally to dens, tunnels, entry points, and around plants that need protection. When using near plants or crops grown for consumption, apply this product as a perimeter application. Reapply this product as needed every 30 days.
Use Reptile Stopper to prevent snakes and other invasive reptiles from invading residential or commercial properties. Apply this product to dens, tunnels, perimeter entry points, and around plants that need protection. You may apply Reptile Stopper as a perimeter application around homes and buildings, and around gardens and flower beds. Do not apply directly over plants grown for consumption, but you may apply this product around dormant fruit and nut trees.
Use Reptile Stopper when snakes, lizards, or other reptiles have been noticed around your property or when signs of their activities such as nesting and foraging have been observed.
Reptile Stopper Granular Repellent is safe to use and harmless to children or pets when used according to label directions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment, or PPE, when handling pest control products.
