MASALA GINGER LASSI

Ingredients

500 grams yogurt
1 green chilli
½ cup fresh coriander leaves
¼ cup fresh mint leaves + for garnish
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp roasted cumin powder + for garnish
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Black salt to taste
A pinch of chaat masala
4-5 ice cubes

Method

Put green chilli in a blender jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, roasted cumin powder, powdered sugar, black salt, chaat masala, and a little of the yogurt and blend to a smooth paste.
Add the remaining yogurt and ice cubes and blend to a fine paste. Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves and roasted cumin powder.
