How to make Pepper Garlic Rice | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

PEPPER GARLIC RICE
Ingredients
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
6-8 garlic cloves, sliced
Burnt garlic for garnish
2 cups cooked rice
1 tsp oil
1½ tbsps butter
2 spring onion bulbs, chopped
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsps chopped spring onion greens
Black pepper powder to taste
1 tsp white vinegar
2-3 tsps soy sauce
Method
1. Heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
2. Add spring onion bulbs and a pinch of salt and mix well. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper and yellow bell pepper and mix well. Cook for a minute.
3. Add cooked rice, spring onion greens, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens and burnt garlic.
