What's going on guys! In today's video I'm back in the gym! I'm going to be giving you guys one of the most important rules when trying to bigger a bigger stronger chest!
There's a few things you need to remember when training chest, or any muscle for that matter, but today we're going to cover a huge form tip you can start using today.
Often guys use way too much weight, clinging the weights together, and not using full range of motion. You can practice this without using any weights and performing a fly with your arms.
It doesn't matter what your hands are doing, you should focus on bringing your elbow in across the mid-line of your body. Full stretch at the bottom with a peak contraction at the top with a nice squeeze.
