DIY Fenugreek Tea & Bay Leaves Hair Spray for Rapid Hair Growth & Reduce Hair Loss | Limitless Bloom

Hello everyone! I have been on a healthy hair journey this year and one of my main goals was to reduce shedding on wash day and this Fenugreek Tea with Bay Leaves Hair Spray did just that and I couldn't wait to share. In this hair spray I also have Hibiscus powder, Amla powder and Henna powder for that extra long healthy hair so you know it packs a punch

I have been using it for a month now and the results have been astounding! So I definitely recommend it. All ingredients and step by step instructions can be found below

Ingredient Measurements (Adjust measurements to your preference as necessary) -
- 3 Cups of dried bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp Fenugreek (Methi) Powder - (Purchased from Shea Butter Cottage)
- 1 Tbsp Amla Powder - (Purchased from Shea Butter Cottage)
- 1 Tbsp Hibiscus Powder -(Purchased from Shea Butter Cottage)
- 1 Tbsp Henna Powder - (Purchased from Shea Butter Cottage)
- 2 Green tea bags
- Total of 7 cups of water
- Few drops of Peppermint essential oil
- Few drops of Vitamin E oil

How to make it (Step by Step) :
- Wash bay leaves if from your garden but if they are bought from store you can skip this
- Mix all ingredients in hot water in a glass bowl or cup
-Let it sit till its cool or for a few hours OR overnight. (I left mine for 3 days)
- Then sieve or strain.
- Add any essential oil of your choice then its ready for use.

Storage:
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks max or in a dark cool place in your bathroom
