In this video I show you my new hair regimen and how I use my Ayurvedic herb infused hair spray and hair oil. As some of you might know, I have been on a healthy hair journey this year and one of my main goals was to put Ayurvedic herbs to the test and see if I could reduce shedding and grow extreme long thicker hair. Since I started this regimen, my shedding has reduced significantly and hair has thickened a lot which means that I'm retaining more length. (I haven't done a length check as Im not too bothered as I am with the shedding but i plan to do it for an upcoming video). My itchy scalp has also reduced
