THE AYURVEDIC HAIR CARE REGIMEN THAT SAVED ME FROM HAIR LOSS

So it’s here! A week in the life of my hair following my brand new and oh so amazing Ayurvedic hair care regimen. This is the regimen I’ve been following for three months now and it has completely transformed my hair, and helped me overcome the excessive shedding setback I mentioned in my previous video:

P.s. I wash my hair every 2 weeks and therefore continue to moisture and seal + oil my scalp every other day up until my next wash day.
