DIY natural hair protein treatment for Strength, Moisture & Shine | Egg & Avocado | LimitlessBloom

Hello everyone, in this video I share my version of @Mercy Gono BSN, RN Diy protein treatment using eggs and avocado (see below for link to her video). I did this because my ends kept breaking so I thought my hair could do with some strengthening. Egg protein treatment is not deemed to be the most effective so searched around and found a video by @Curly Chemistry who recommends eggs as a good and effective protein treatment for natural hair. I also did further research online and found that it only coats the outside of the hair shaft so if you wanted a more effective treatment that will penetrate the hair follicle, you would need to use a hydrolysed protein

DIY Protein treatment ingredients -
1 egg
Half an avocado
2 tbsp coconut oil - https://amzn.to/36xVgcP

1 or 2 tbsp coconut milk -
Blend all together and apply to your hair. Leave for 30 mins to an hour and rinse
