Hello everyone, hope you have been well. In todays video I show you two different ways of making onion oil for your hair to improve hair growth and reduce shedding or hair fall

I have been using this oil since January 2020 and the results have been great even though I haven't been very consistent. So I definitely recommend it. All ingredients and step by step instructions can be found below

Benefits of Fenugreek :
- Contains Nicotinic Acid & Lecithin which
encourages hair growth
- Rich in Potassium which delays greys
- Reduces hair fall
- Treats dandruff
- Makes hair Shiny

Benefits of onion:
- Rich in sulphur
- Nourishes hair for fast growth
- Reduces hair fall and treats balding
Ingredient Measurements (Adjust measurements to your preference as necessary) -
- 2 tbsp of Coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp Fenugreek (Methi) seeds
- Few drops of ylang ylang essential Oil
- Few drops of Peppermint essential oil
- Few drops of Vitamin E oil

How to make it (Step by Step) :
- Using a non stick pan, simmer all ingredients on low heat until onion caramelises or turns slightly off white
- Leave to cool then sieve with a cheese cloth
- Add any essential oil of your choice then its ready for use.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge and make in small batches
