Total Gym / Sliding Bench Trainer Dimensions for Tall or Short People

I've gotten this question so much it was time to make a video that might help people who are curious if a Total Gym (or other Sliding Bench Trainer) would fit them. Primarily I'll be looking at height, so if you're concerned if you're too tall or too short for a machine this may be helpful. You also may find this video helpful if you just want a comparable look at a variety of dimensions across a few different brands/companies.
