In this video, I collaborated with an Indonesian relative @malvinthio, whose a blogger and food endorser.

Indonesians love chili. They used chili in most food and sauce that they prepare and eat. Waroeng SS Spesial Sambal or Special Chili, offers a whole lot of chili combinations, 34 in total of just chili dish to choose from. You name it they have it. A very famous restaurant in Greenville Jakarta and always crowded.
We have tried just 5 of them and they're all delicious with different level of spiciness. Our favorites are sambal bawang (chili with onion) which is very spicy and the sambal terasi (chili with shrimp paste) sweet, salty and spicy. For the main dish, we are recommending the ikan gurame (fried gourami) and ayam kampung (native fried chicken). Include this place when you visit Jakarta Indonesia and try their sambal variations. I promise you will not regret it.
