Day 11 HIIT Strength | Leg HIIT Workout + Booty Band Circuit

Get ready to turn up the heat with this Leg HIIT Workout and finish strong with a booty band circuit! Sculpt your legs and lift that booty for a killer lower body workout!

I used a set of  7kg/15Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

There are  2 x Lower-body Circuits to complete. 30 secs work/10 secs rest with a 20 sec power move immediately following each exercise

Booty Burner -complete each exercise 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest

**Total Calories burned will vary depending on your body composition, workout intensity and also fitness level.
