Knee Extension Exercise (2 Steps to Straighten Your Knee)

Do you need a knee extension exercise? Struggling to straighten your leg? Pain or discomfort in the knee?

So you have a knee that just doesn’t want to straighten, pain is worse after kneeling, then that is going to be a problem if you want to walk, move and be pain free.

Should I do these knee exercises or not?

If your knee feels better as you do the exercise and also following the exercise, then yes – this is a good exercise for you.

If your knee feels worse as you do the exercise, but feels better following the exercise, then yes – this is also a good exercise for you.

If your knee feels worse as you do the exercise and also following the exercise, then no – this is not a good exercise for you and you should find something else that might work better, or preferably, consult your chosen medical professional for personalized care.
