STRAIGHTEN BENT KNEES: 5 Dancer Tips for Stretching, Strengthening, and Lengthening Your Leg Lines

In today's video I share 5 tips for straightening the appearance of bent knees and bent legs when you dance. Sometimes having bent looking knees (being hypoextended vs hyperextended) has to do with your bone structure, but sometimes it can be improved with a combination of stretching and strengthening the muscles around your knees. Having straight looking legs and knees can really stretch the look of your lines when you dance and elevate your overall dance performance. I hope you find this video helpful and informative.
