The format
We take popular treats from various African nations, sit down with a variety of individuals from various cultures to taste and tell you what they think about the bites. Four diverse tasters, try four different dishes from four different countries.

In this episode:
A popular saying in quite some cultures is that 'the way to one's heart is through their stomach'. With the most recent Valentine-season having ended, we take four tasters (with roots) from 'Brazi-geria', Cape Verde, Haiti and Curaçao to have a tasting of various popular treats from Egypt, Mozambique, Mauritius and Angola. The goal is to tackle the following challenge: identify foods that can set 'the mood'. Watch their reactions and stay tuned until the end of the video to find the tasty verdict!

The following treats are taste-tested in this episode:
1. Beef Kofta - Egypt
2. Peri Peri Chicken - Mozambique
3. Gateau Piment - Mauritius
4. Mandazi - Rwanda
