Hai semua.
Kali ni TD nak berkongsi resepi dan cara untuk membuat Semperit Cheese Unicorn. Resepi ni hasil perkongsian Puan Yusliana di Facebook. Namun ada sedikit penambahbaikan. Setelah 2 kali percubaan TD buat, barulah dapat Semperit yang dibakar tak jatuh sangat. Still mekar dan cantik. Nanti you all follow jelah tips yang saya share di dalam video ya?
Rasa Semperit ni pun sangat sedap. Yalah, sebab ada Cheese kan? Penggemar Cheese mesti suka. Untuk warna saya pilih Tiffany Blue dan Soft Pink untuk match dengan tema Unicorn yang digemari ramai, especially kanak- kanak. Kalau you all nak guna warna lain pun boleh.

SEMPERIT CHEESE UNICORN
//BAHASA MELAYU
BAHAN- BAHAN:
250 gm Mentega | suhu bilik
½ tin Susu Pekat Manis
50 gm Keju Krim | suhu bilik
1 sk Esen Vanila
400 gm Tepung Jagung | saya tambahkan menjadi 455 gm Tepung sebab adunan masih terlalu lembut dan melekat di jari.
3 sb Tepung Kastad
Pewarna Biru dan Merah Jambu
Cip Coklat @ Manik Hiasan Kek
Acuan Semperit | Digalakkan guna Nozzle Semperit Size 13 @ alu pecah 15
//ENGLISH
INGREDIENTS:
250 gm Butter | room temperature
½ tin Sweet Concentrated Milk
50 gm Cream Cheese | room temperature
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
400 gm Corn Starch | add some more if the dough still sticky at your fingers
3 tbsp Custard Flour
Food Colouring Blue & Pink
Chocolate Chips @ Edible Beads
Semperit mould | Advised to use Nozzle Semperit Size 13 @ 15 star
