The house is located in the village of Sao Mateus on Pico Island, one of the 9 islands of the Azores. The house is located in a very peaceful, private and tranquil area of the village. It is also as dramatic ocean views.

On this episode we will take you through the property and share our renovation ideas with you. You will be able to see 3d image renderings of the whole transformation. This would include both the interior and exterior of the house.
