Walking after a Stroke: Stop Toe Cramping

Many people who have suffered a stroke, brain injury or are living with other neurologic conditions such as multiple sclerosis have difficulty walking due to the toes cramping. In this video you will learn how to make your own tool to stop toe cramping and improve your walking. I also demonstrate some of the BEST exercises to help treat toe cramping and general leg spasticity after a stroke.
