How do you walk up and down stairs after a stroke?

Going up and down stairs is a difficult and necessary part of the recovery process after a stroke. In this video, I will explain and demonstrate several different techniques with different scenarios such as how to go up and down stairs with only one handrail. What do you do if the handrail is on the side of the body with hemiplegia? You will also find this video helpful if you use a cane.
