食材：
烫面种：（冰箱冷却2小时或隔夜，分小块与主面团混合）
- 50克高筋粉
- 50克沸水
主面团：
- 200克高筋粉
- 3克干酵母
- 10克糖
- 1只大号鸡蛋（脱壳后50克+）
- 90克冰牛奶
- 3克盐
- 20克黄油，软化切块
- 80克黑芝麻酱（使用自制养生黑芝麻酱，含糖，如果使用无糖黑芝麻酱，请根据口味加糖）

Yudane (refrigerate for 2 hrs or overnight,
           divide into pieces, mix with main dough)
- 50g Bread Flour
- 50g Boiling Water
Main Dough:
- 200g Bread flour
- 3g Dry Yeast
- 10g Sugar
- 1 Large Egg (50g+ without shell)
- 90g Cold Milk
- 3g Salt
- 20g Butter, softened and cubed
- 80g Black Sesame Paste (Used homemade black sesame paste with sugar, if you use unsweetened black sesame paste, please add sugar according to taste)
