Peanut Butter Cookies anyone?! Watch and learn how to make this The Simple Way with 5 ingredients...it's so easy!

For this recipe you'll need:

1 Cup natural creamy peanut butter *
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/8 Tsp salt

(Makes 13 cookies)

*Please note:
I recommend that you use any brand of natural creamy peanut butter! The peanut butter that I'm using is naturally unsweetened, so therefore the sugar to peanut butter ratio matches perfectly👌
My cookies are just right and not overly sweetened.

Also you can use crunchy or creamy peanut butter depending on what texture you like, but I find that creamy peanut butter produces a cookie that holds together better.
