MOIST RED VELVET CUPCAKES | How to Make Red Velvet Cake | Buttercream Frosting recipe Included

Thanks for watching! In this video I'm showing you how easy it is to make red velvet cup cakes.

Here's what you'll need

1 1/4 cup cake flour (may use AP but cake flour is best)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp distilled white vinegar
1 bottle of red food coloring

Frosting
1 stick Butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar

Note: You'll need room temp ingredients. Bake 325 until done (15-17 min)
