I stumbled over a photo like this sometime last year and just recently wanted to give it a try myself. The idea comes from the Artis Alex Hyner who you can find on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/alexhyner

The setup for this image is rather easy. We have the power line pole as our base image. Using Photoshop we can easily mask out the sky because we want to replace the original sky with lots of different skies to create the effect. So once the old sky is masked out, place the pole as the top layer in Photoshop and start putting in different skies underneath this layer. Work with the lines and apply masks and you got this effect done in minutes!
