i did 1000 jump ropes every single day for a week!

Coming at you guys with another short and sweet fitness video on jumproping!! After completing the Chloe Ting Ab challenge, I decided to stay this mini jumping one! I typically stay away from cardio like the plague but why the heck not right!! I was inspired by my former self in high school and also IU's jump roping routine in a super old krama called Dream High. This challenge isn't following any particular video or creator, I just simply jump roped 1000 times a day for a week. I wasn't aiming to get anything out of it but I did want to test if it would affect any of my numbers (weight, body fat percentage, etc).

This 1000 jump rope routine typically took me around 10-20 minutes a day depending on how I timed my breaks and how fast I jumped. I also counted up to 1000 by doing 10 sets of 100 jumps.

Overall, jump rope is definitely my choice of cardio if I ever do cardio and I was pleasantly surprised to see that my body fat % did lower a bit. More importantly, I felt accomplished (which is the feeling I get for every challenge) and that's a major plus!!
