Approved Language: "The purpose of this FRIA is to fly first person view (FPV) sUAS unequipped with Remote ID (RID). RID cannot be added to a majority of these aircraft as currently available modules do not fit within these aircraft. Recreational sUAS operations have been conducted at this location for several years already. The boundary for this FRIA is within the property owners own property boundaries as to not interfere with neighbors in this rural location. Recreational pilots who fly on in the proposed FRIA will be on the property owners land during recreational flights as to comply with FRIA operation requirements. The purpose of this field is to serve the recreational FPV community a location where recreational sUAS testing can occur."
