SIMONSTER Interview

A while back I was lucky enough to grab a session and interview with Simon Ata - AKA SIMONSTER. This humble legend is a father, Physiotherapist and is currently touring the world as a break dancer and is sponsored by 2XU and just basically the hardest working power mover around! Arash from Strength Project (the most followed producer on youtube) regularly trains and mentions Simon and to me that is so awesome!!!!!
He gave me some great advice and was super easy to hang out with!
