POLLO A LA BRASA A MI MANERA

Feliz Viernes a Todos!
A quién no se le ha antojado un rico pollo a la brasa últimamente, pues a mí también! Pero, a mi me encanta hacer todo a mi manera y estilo, por eso aquí les dejo mi ultima receta de un Pollito a la Brasa a mi manera!
Espero que lo prueben en casa y les guste!

OJO! Yo lo hice en mi parrilla porque tengo un hornito super chico que no quería usa, pero si ustedes tienen un horno más o menos grande, úsenlo!

MARINADO DE POLLO/ CHICKEN MARINADE

INGREDIENTES/ INGREDIENTS:

- 3 cucharas de pasta de ají mirasol/ 3 tablespoon of Mirasol pepper paste
- 2 cucharas de ajo picado/ 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
- 2 cucharas de kión picado/ 2 tablespoons of chopped ginger
- Jugo de 2 limones/ Juice of 2 limes
- 2 cucharas de vinagre blanco/ 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 2 cucharas de salsa de ostras/ 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1/2 taza de cerveza/ ½ cup of beer
- 1 cucharitas de comino/ 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 cucharitas de pimienta negra/ 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 cucharitas de oregano seco/ 1 teaspoon of ground dry oregano
- 1 cucharita de fresco o seco romero seco/ 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh or dry rosemary
- 2 cucharas de sal/ 2 tablespoons of salt
