Trees and power transmission poles were demolished, roofs of buildings and cars were damaged.
The Ankara authorities reported that the districts of Golbasi, Yenimahalle, Kecioren, Mamak and Cankaya were most affected.
Damage was done to 40 buildings in the city.
Somewhere there was a power outage.
To eliminate the consequences of the natural disaster, more than 3,000 employees of public utilities and more than 1,200 pieces of equipment were brought to the streets of the city.
