Subclavius Muscle - Self Myofascial Release - Ask Dr. Abelson
The Subclavius muscle is a small, triangular muscle that is located between the first rib and the clavicle, sits directly under the collar bone. If you are experiencing pain directly under your collar bone and its not radiating from another source, it could be the subclavius muscle. A soft ball is ideal to release this muscle.
