Repeat (tempi) Change Description Depending on the number of LAPPING REPEAT on the pattern disc, it can be changed by exchanging the drive ratio between the main shaft and the pattern drum.
Tempi=Rapping Repeat Count Tempi=48/Rapping Repeat Count Example
16 : 1 48/16=3Tempi
12 : 1 48/12=4Tempi
10 : 1 48/10=4.8Tempi

Repeat change (no standard) It is possible to change the drive ratio between the main shaft and the pattern drum by exchanging the toothed belt disks on the repeat preset gear as follows
Change the drive ratio between the main shaft and the pattern drum.
Gears and belts in Repeat change
unscrew a gear fixing bolt
Release clamp fixing bolt
Removing the tension roller
Remove key fixing wrench bolt
Separate the gear from the shaft.
The assembly proceeds in reverse order of disassembly.
After changing the driving ratio, the shog (timing) setting must be reset.
Gear to change the drive ratio between the main shaft of the LIBA machine and the pattern drum
Changing the drive ratio of the main shaft and pattern drum changes the Shog(Timing) setting in overlapping position.
After changing the driving ratio you need to reset the Shog(Timing) setting in overlapping position again.
All pattern discs must use the same repetition ratio.
