'A chance for Farimir, Captain of Gondor, to show his quality!'
Actually, he had nothing to do with it. I made this Lord of the Rings diorama and that's that.
This is one of a series of bases I'm making for my Games Workshop Lord of the Rings miniatures.
I used textured rolling pins gifted to me by Green Stuff World to create the brick pattern and and Hot Wire Foam Factory's 16-inch 3D Pro Table, which they were very generous to gift me, for the walls. It is a great piece of kit, ideal for cutting discs out of foam.
The beautiful climbing vines are by dioramapresepe.com.
Other materials used:
Acrylic paint
Game Washes by Vallejo
Green Stuff
Weathering powders
Guagemaster (Noch) 12mm matting
WWS tufts
Extruded polystyrene
