The 3-inch Knife and Styrogoo shown in this video were gifted to me by the Hot Wire Foam Factory: https://hotwirefoamfactory.com

The Morning Glory Pool is an astonishing volcanic pool in Yellowstone National Park, USA. It's colours are vivid beyond belief, and it seems bottomless.

In this video I take you through the process of how to make this stunning miniature scene.

The materials I used were:

Extruded polystyrene
Sculptamold
Acrylic paints
Epoxy resin
Weathering powders
Woodland Scenics Fine Turf
Hot Wire Foam Factory 3-inch Knife
Noch static grass
Soldering torch
Mod Podge Matte

I made a few mistakes along the way - most notably pouring the initial layer of resin too thickly and failing to eliminate the bubbles - but overall I'm happy with the result.

I hope you enjoy this realistic scenery guide. For more diorama tutorials, check out my other videos.

Thanks for watching!

Many of the materials and tools I use come with safety instructions. Please always read and follow these rather than simply copy what you see me or other people doing.
