Tomsk is one of Siberia’s more pleasant cities, helped in no small part by the large student population. It’s also one of the oldest (founded in 1604), nicely combining the old and the new. Tomsk chose not to be linked to the Trans-Siberian railway when it was built (a decision many now regret) but it’s worth a side-visit. Join Sasha and I as we show you around what Tomsk has to offer:
