Blagoveshchensk | Russia! The Other Way
Russia and China share the world’s 6th longest border, running at over 4,200 kilometers. The Amur river flows between the two countries and its here where the two cities of Blagoveschensk and Heihe straddle this unlikely border point. The differences are vast in several senses but sum up both countries’ development and plans for growth. Blagoveschensk might be far from Moscow but you’ll have plenty of time to learn how to pronounce it on the way!
