Khanty-Mansiysk | Russia! The Other Way

Russia is well known for being a Petro-State and half of all the country’s oil pumped comes from the autonomous region of Khanty-Mansiysk, a three hour flight north east of Moscow.
Curiously however, the regional capital, also called Khanty-Mansiysk has no oil whatsoever!
