I'm sooo excited to be doing another 3 month #FitBody2019 challenge with you girls!! This challenge is about giving these next 3 months your ABSOLUTE best. Robot Mode. Crushing your workouts. Nutrition. And of course, taking care of your mental and emotional well-being as well ❤️ And we're all going to do it TOGETHER.

There will be weekly live check-ins on instagram where you can come ask any of your questions or just hang out with me and other #fbggirls doing the challenge with you!!

HOW TO ENTER

To enter and to hold yourself accountable, email your starting photos to hello@annavictoria.com 😉 here are some tips on how to take starting photos:

📸 Use a full-length mirror
📸 Wear a sports bra and shorts or a bathing suit
📸 Take photos from the front, side and back
Then, when you update your progress photos throughout the challenge, try to take photos at the same time of day and in the same clothes, from the same position. You want to ensure as many variables are the same as possible so you really can see how much progress you've made!
‼️ If you really want extra credit... get a DEXA scan at the start and at the end of the challenge! This will tell you exactly how much body fat you have and how much lean muscle you have. They're very affordable and have them in most major cities. A DEXA scan is the most scientifically accurate way to measure your progress.

HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS

Since you either have the Fit Body app already, or are getting one month free, you will get the best results by following the meal plan in conjunction with the challenge. No amount of exercise can work off a bad diet. This challenge is all about giving these next 3 months your ABSOLUTE best, and I want nutrition to be a big focus for you, too.

When you open the app for the first time, it will ask you your age, height, weight, activity level and fitness goal. From this information, it will calculate your daily caloric needs and macros. Then, when you go to the meal plan, it will be completely custom portions according to your needs!! All the hard work of calculating portions is done for you, you just need to eat!! 😜 You don't have to follow the meals exact, but I do recommend following the suggested macros. If you deviate from the meal plan, I suggest using an app like MyFitnessPal to enter your portions to ensure you're getting the macros you need.

DAILY YOUTUBE VIDEOS

September's daily YouTube videos will focus entirely on proper form of each move in that day's challenge
October's daily YouTube videos will focus on alternate moves and modifications for each move in that day's challenge
And November's daily YouTube videos will be me doing the 5 minute challenge WITH YOU!

DAILY PRIZE!
