For the weighted exercises I was using 8kg in each hand (17lbs). My recommendation is to use between 6-8kg or 13-17lbs.
Cardio Warm-Up:
1 minute walk
3 minute light run
1 minute walk/cool down
Light Lower Body Stretch
Upper Body Stretch
Circuit 1:
Pushups: 8 reps
Bicep Curl + Shoulder Press: 5 rounds
Burpee + Commando: 8 rounds
Rest 30 seconds and drink water
Circuit 2:
Tricep Dips: 8 reps
Shoulder Press + Arnold Press: 5 rounds
Plank: 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds and drink water
Circuit 3:
Supermans: 15 reps
5 Dumbbell Rows + 10 Dumbbell Mountain Climbers: 2 rounds
Laydown Push-Ups: 10 reps
Rest 30 seconds and drink water
Repeat two more times - aim to finish in 30 minutes.
