~GET RESULTS AT HOME~
There are a lot of free at home dumbbell only workouts out there and you’ve probably tried them all already! But let me remind you of the importance of being CONSISTENT by sticking to a well-developed program if you truly want to build your booty. Flitting from one booty workout to the next with no structure will not give you the best results. You can still get results at home with no equipment - but you have to train a little smarter - I’ve got your back!
~THE PROGRAM STRUCTURE~
These are the butt lifting exercises for women at home that I will be following myself so I’m excited to work out along with you! The STRONG Curves Lock Down Program can be done for 4-6 weeks or for however long you’re going to be in self-isolation. It’s a complete routine that will target your full body with 2 upper body workouts and 2 lower body workouts per week. You can do 2 days in a row and then take a rest on the 3rd day and so on. Please take rest days! They are just as important as your training days. Enjoy some light cardio (if possible outdoors) and lots of yoga on your rest days. ~TRACK YOUR PROGRESS EVERY WEEK~
You are going to do the same routine, every week for 4-6 weeks - YES! Remember: STRUCTURE + CONSISTENCY = RESULTS. Track your progress and aim to get stronger every week on every exercise you do with heavier weights or more reps. But don’t worry if that doesn't happen every single session! Just always give it your all and strive to get better throughout the weeks.
~BOOTY WORKOUT NO MACHINES~
All you need for this is a set of dumbbells and my STRONG Curves Booty Bands. If you don’t have equipment, you can use household items such as tin cans of food (very light) or water bottles (medium weight). This booty burn workout is designed for medium weights, higher reps and short rest periods in a circuit style format to really maximise your gains. I’ve used heavier 7-8kg dumbbells and lighter 4-5kg dumbbells here but you might want to adjust the weight to your level. You also need a bench/step with risers but the edge of your couch or a *sturdy* coffee table will do just fine too (just be careful, don’t hurt yourself!).
~TODAY: DUMBBELL ONLY BOOTY HOME WORKOUT FOR WOMEN~
The fourth workout in the STRONG Curves Lock Down Program is a glute workout with dumbbells that will target the glutes & hamstrings to lift your butt for a rounder looking booty. It’s the best booty workout for beginners too. This full home butt workout with dumbbells starts at 00:20 and goes for 45 minutes including a 5 minute warm up and cool down.
