Garlic Pork Tocino - PANG NEGOSYO
Aling Oday’s version of Garlic Pork Tocino. Pork Tocino is a Filipino dish cured in sugar, salt, vinegar, and garlic. Usually serve with fried rice and fried egg for breakfast also known as Tosilog. For more recipes, visit: www.alingodays.co.uk
Ingredients:
1 kg Pork (kasim), thinly sliced
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Garlic (grated or powder)
1/4 tsp. Red Food Colouring
1 cup Water
1 tbsp. Lemon or Vinegar
1/2 to 3/4 cup Sugar
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serving: 8 to 10
