Special Polvoron - PANG NEGOSYO

Aling Oday’s version of Special Polvoron. Filipino style polvoron is a type of cookie made from flour, powdered milk, butter, and sugar. It's similar to shortbread but crumblier. It is seet, buttery, and easy to customize with different flavours, it's a delicious snack or dessert and great for gift givingor pasalubong for balikbayan too! This video is a remake of my old Polvoron video uploaded several years ago for a better video quality.

Ingredients:

2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup powdered Skimmed Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cup melted Butter

Optional ingredients for different varieties:

1/4 cup crushed Oreos
1/4 cup roasted Pinipig
1/4 cup crushed Cashews
1 tbsp. Ube Extract mixed in 2 tbsp. melted Butter

Prep time: 25 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
