15 MIN LOWER BODY WORKOUT - No Equipment Home Workout // No Repeats

A no equipment bodyweight, lower body/leg/booty workout you can do AT HOME.

Work on those legs and butt in this 15 min follow along workout. It includes 15 different leg exercises with NO REPEATS. Each set you work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds (timer included).

A great video for all abilities, you can easily adapt the tempo faster or slower to suit your fitness level.
