Honey 蜜糖　– 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 蚝油　– 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce　生抽 – 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 黄糖　– 1 tbsp
Five spices powder 五香粉　– ½ tsp
Grated garlic 蒜泥　– 1 tsp
Grated ginger　姜泥　 – 1 tsp
Beetroot powder 甜菜根粉末　– 1 tsp (optional) - for red colour

Boneless chicken chop　无骨鸡扒肉　 – 2 pcs 400g
Green onion　青葱 – 1 stalk

Salt 盐– ½ tsp
